Conviction
We start with a real need we can describe in one sentence, in a market we are prepared to stay in for years. If the sentence needs a paragraph, the idea is not ready.
Rose Manjari is a venture-building company. We start, own and grow businesses across consumer, technology and visibility — and we intend to keep doing it for a long time.

Rose Manjari's identity is a seal, not a logotype. It carries a face, a rose and one line: where care inspires creation. We put it on the parent company rather than on any single product, because the promise it makes belongs to the company that stands behind the ventures — not to a label on a pack.
Everything downstream follows from that order. The parent company is answerable for the ventures. The ventures are answerable to their customers.
Plenty of good ideas in India never become businesses, because building one asks for patience that a single founder rarely gets to spend. A parent company can hold that patience on a venture's behalf: deciding what to start, funding the slow early stretch, and refusing to ship something that is not ready.
Venture-building philosophy
We start with a real need we can describe in one sentence, in a market we are prepared to stay in for years. If the sentence needs a paragraph, the idea is not ready.
A small team builds the first version end to end — product, packaging or platform, pricing, and the operational spine behind it. Nothing launches on a promise alone.
Once it is live, the venture keeps its own name and identity and is run on its own numbers, with the parent company holding the standard and the long-term call.
What we hold to
Growth that costs us the quality of the product is not growth we want. We would rather be smaller and right.
No borrowed credentials, no invented numbers, no claims a customer cannot check. If it is not built yet, we say it is coming.
The part nobody is forced to do — the packaging detail, the error message, the follow-up call — is where the standard actually lives.
Structures, not stunts. Each venture should still make sense a decade after the launch it was born in.
Through Taqneeki, Rose Manjari now takes part in India's open digital commerce ecosystem. On 15 August 2026 Taqneeki went live as a Technology Service Provider in the ONDC Network.
What that means in practice: Taqneeki provides technology capabilities that help businesses and ecosystem participants build, integrate and operate on the open network. It is a technology role, not a retail one — Taqneeki is not a Buyer App, not a Seller App, and does not sell to consumers.
It matters to us for a simple reason. An open network is infrastructure that nobody owns, and building on infrastructure of that kind is a long-term commitment rather than a campaign. That is the sort of work this company is set up to do.
Three ventures are in the portfolio today: Chai Patti in consumer, Taqneeki in technology, and KHOJ in tracking and visibility. They are deliberately unlike one another. A parent company that can only build one kind of thing is not a parent company.
What comes next will be added the same way — when there is a real need, a product we would use ourselves, and a team willing to stay with it. Until then, we would rather show three ventures honestly than four with one of them invented.
