This website is operated by Rose Manjari ("Rose Manjari", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The ventures
Rose Manjari is a parent company. Chai Patti, Taqneeki and KHOJ are ventures of Rose Manjari. Some ventures are presented on separate websites, which may carry their own terms. Where a venture's own terms apply to a service, those terms govern that service.
3. Use of the site
- You may view, download and print pages for your own reference.
- You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit the content without our written permission.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual property
The Rose Manjari name and seal, the Chai Patti, Taqneeki and KHOJ names and logos, the site design, text, images and code are owned by or licensed to Rose Manjari and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
5. Products, pricing and orders
- Product information, pack sizes and prices are given in good faith and may change without notice.
- Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch.
- We may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
- Products marked "coming soon" are not available for purchase.
6. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery timelines are estimates. Food products may be returned only if the pack is unopened and the issue is reported within a reasonable period of delivery, subject to applicable law. To raise a concern, write to support@rosemanjari.com with your order reference.
7. Third-party links
The site links to external sites, including taqneeki.in and khoj.taqneeki.in. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external site.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose Manjari is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including in relation to product safety and consumer rights.
